Regarding our lands patta being done fraudently..land is under a case

We still have an ongoing case of division of bahikhata going on which is almost in last stage ..ow came to know my uncle has transf the patta into his grandchildrens name..we already have a criminal history as he attacked us..ow this piece of land belongs to my dad and his 2 brothers. Its a agriculture land and came to know they got the patta in 2017 plus the land is under govt aquisition
You can file a criminal complaint against ur uncle if he has fraudulent got it in his grandchildren’s name..not an issue if it’s under Govt aquision as once it’s acquired all of legal hires will get the equal share as agreed by u all and and till then also give a complaint letter in Govt aquision department so that if acquire amount is given...it shall not be given without ur consent as court case is going on said land.
