Regarding Noc From My Sister In Partitiond Suit Case

Sir my brother has filed a partition suit in which he made party to me and our sister my sister dont want her share property in our land she said just cancell my name from suit case what is the procedure for this to remove her name from the suit as she does not want her share in our land thank you

Dear Questionnaire As per your averment we bring to inform you that if uou tends to Plaintiff then you have right to amemed the suit and strike out the name of parry from the suit under the provision of CPC. Apart from this need more legal assistance then free to call.
