Regarding House Arrest Issue and Eloping Issue

My girlfriend has been house arrested by their parents after knowning our issue. There is no source of contact to her. How can i legally bring her out to marry her.

you can make report to the concerned police that the girl has been in wrongful confinement and her rights have been deprived and her parents treating her cruelty and making harrasments and like wise and that there is a life threat to her in the hands of her parents so on so....
