Regarding EBC reservation in Haryana

Dear Sir, I am just an average General male, who just want to know how much more cost i have to pay for a crime which i have never done. Sir, in Haryana there exist approx 50% caste based reservation and 10% Ex-servicemen reservation Then came Economically backward caste (EBC) reservation taking the toll to 70% reservation. Now, because of Jat agitation, CM has proposed to increase EBC reservation to 20% which will take the toll to 80%. Is EBC reservation valid, which has already been rejected by Rajasthan high court. I am an IITian, begging you to to help me in fight for merit. PLEASE.
Article 16 (4) permits the state to make any provision for the reservation of appointments or posts in favour of any backward class, which, in the opinion of the state, is not adequately represented in the services under it. Therefore a every state has a right to make reservation for any class which the state government thinks, has not been adequately represented.
