Regarding Double registration of property

I purchased a land in 2005 by checking Ec's of the land. In 2015 i tried to sell my property and given my property documents xerox to one person where he made rumours near my property that he purchased that land. The next day i got notices from someone saying my property belongs to them and telling they purchased in 2000( i purchased in 2008) they issued injunction order on me. People are saying judgement will go on their side since they purchased land first. I have a doubt that after seeing my documents xerox, they did forgery and reflecting as they purchased my property before us, could you please help me out
first you said 2005 u have purchased. later on 2008. Anyway is it the same person who sold the property to you has once again sold to other person. If that is so, you have very less chance. In other cases, you can fight.
