18-Apr-2023 (In Civil Law)
We have been working in Central Government department on contractual basis. Selected on the basis of merit/waiting list last year Government terminate all of us by citing the contractual T&C.Again they call few people amongst us after 6 months now they are saying they don't want to call the people who are left as they started the process again for new contractual employees. Can we move to court regarding this?

You can always go to the court and demand permanent injunction on the contractual jobs you are telling about. That will be a civil suit and will take time to decide and if your case is genuine you will get your injunction in no time. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

yes definitely it has to be seen on what terms and conditions they have removed you from the contractual employment because when we are saying it as a contractual employment there are certain rights as well as liabilities which are being associated with that employment I would advise you firstly to take appropriate legal recourse after due considerations of the rights and obligations which arise to that contractual employment. Thereafter, you can decide to either invoke writ jurisdiction or any other recourse.
