Regarding change of guarantee for the loan

My father was working for BMTC and had a loan in KSRTC society.His friend and he had signed mutually as guarantee and now my father has expired but the interest is being added to loan amount,and his friend has not changed the guarantee, as he is not getting another guaranteer to sign, because of which,we are not able to get a clearance form signedSo what can be done for this issue.

okay I understand your questions so now your father took loan from ksrtc socity now your father dead his friend his gurantee mada a signature at the tile took loan now you want to cainge the guarantee name right yes it is possible some legal procedure you have to falliqvsi di you need any legal help contact me thank you
