Regarding certificates of name change and birth certificate

Hello, I got married to a Muslim guy 2years ago ... 1year we were living separately and since 2024 we are living together, we got married on 27 th April 2023. I have accepted islam from Hindu to i converted to muslim but I haven't updated my aadhar as well as i want to know about the process of getting marriage certificate also I have a daughter of 3months I want her birth certificate pls let me know what to do
You will have to first register your marriage under special marriage act, along with the conversion certificates etc.
Your daughter's birth certificate can be obtained by the providing parents details to the municipal corporation.

Well, I can aware you with the legal procedure regards the name change in Aadhar and other Documents which you need, however, as you have changed your Religion, so you first need to have a Certificate documenting that you have changed your Religion in order to update your Aadhar and other Documents as per the Religion Conversion Certificate!
