Regarding cancellation of registration happened recently

A land of 1.13 cents was bought by my ancestors and my neighbour ancestors with single registered document without mentioning share values. Just by word of mouth they use to enjoy half land each which is 65.5 cents each. But, now my neighbour got greedy and had 1B online of 76 cents. While we are trying to block it with help of revenue department, He registered the land of 76 cents to his wife and dropped a notice saying he has right to 76 cents. Is it possible for me to cancel that registration

hi you could file for cancellation of property in court as it belongs to all the legal heirs of the property and that everybody has equal share and rights over property and nesd to see hoe many cents of property is to be divided
