Regarding application form filling online job. I failed to do task .

I have joined to do part time job through online and I have signed the company with legal proofs . But then as I couldn't finish the application form entry on time . Company have booked a case on me to pay 5000+3000 as per there rule.
As i wanted to do money for my project in my college doing as a final engineering. I'm unable to finish the task. Will these case will be a problem?
I don't have money to pay them. How do I get ride of it?
And I have got a mail from layer who is staying in Maharashtra who is taken a case and filed on me.
What do I do now ? I couldn't finish the job on right time.
The terms of the contract will have to be looked into. If you have signed a valid contract and have not delivered the task on time, then as per the contract you will be liable for the same. Would suggest that you have a proper look at your contract to see if there are any conditions/loopholes with regard to the issue of repayment and then take suitable action.
