Regarding a land bearing p number

Our mothers land 2.18 acres land which was in her name has been registered to my elder brother after her death at around 2007 , and they convinced me that they are going to do janti khata but they mentioned my elder brother name only in that.
Is there any possibilities to get my share of land back and the land is in P number since 25 years
if you do not keep a regular vigil there are chances that you will lose your rights over the land. But I do not know your brother, he may not cheat you. very near to your home or Where is that land? far from your place ? You can add your name in the Khata and feel safe.
