Dear All, My client has unpaid bills amounting to Rs.10 lakh for more than a year and a half. I made him sign a conformation of accounts statement recently for this . He is clearing this at the rate of Rs.35000 approx per month. Now i recently got to know he is planning to shift abroad to get a job from one of his employees. How do i stop him from leaving the country and get my dues from him?

what is your relationship with thr client..was there an agreement entered into between the two of you prior to engaging into any services..as long as he is willing and paying you an amount of 35k per month no court will pass orders for his impounding his passport ..

You can file recovery of monetary claim against him by filling civil suit.
Then you can attach his properties before decree in suit through court oof law.
After attachment you can do auction of properties of that person
