It seems that you counsel has already received certified copies of the case; so you can gather the copies from him or you can file a copy application in the court along with your Aadhaar copy and get the copies by providing the requisite fee for it and get the certified copies of it.

1st of all your Advocate received Certified Copies in the Sub court and you file separate CA in the court or not? if you file the CA the Sub court will reject above said your ground Now you may file a Copy application by party in person for your certificate copies.

Being a party to the proceedings, you are ordinarily entitled to obtain certified copies of case records subject to court rules. If the copying section refuses solely because your advocate already obtained copies, you may submit a fresh copy application mentioning that you are the party-in-person seeking separate certified copies for personal/legal purposes. Request the copying section to pass a written endorsement for rejection if they continue refusing. You may thereafter mention the issue before the Presiding Officer or file a representation before the Principal District Judge/Copying Superintendent. In most courts, multiple certified copies can be issued to parties on payment of proper charges and compliance with procedural rules.

“Being a party to the suit, you are legally entitled to obtain certified copies independently. Mere earlier collection of copies by your advocate is not a valid ground for refusal. You may reapply personally, and if the Copy Section still refuses, the matter can be represented before the Presiding Officer concerned.”
