Rectification of name in pension order

My late mother's name was written as smt xx bai in pension order where as in other documents it is smt xx only how to get it rectified and with whom?
okay I understand your questions so you shuld try the pention office then also they are not agree they asked court decree you should filed declaration case at court and get decree and rectifiy the same and required document court need all the required document should provide what is her correct name this is the best way
