can a tampered sale deed rectify . one person file a suit for eviction on the basis of tampered sale deed than prepare a rectification deed not between original seller and purchaser but a first seller by pass the seller from whom he purchased to claim the title even the second sale deed also on the basis of tampered sale
If your sale deed is tampered then in that case you can have a copy of the property record from the tehsildar office in case of immovable property. If other person has filed a suit then you can hire a lawyer and file a reply to that suit in the court.
