Recovery suit Filing Intimation

17-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
We had taken leased line service from a service provider under 3 years contract. Since we faced multiple issues within 6 months of the service, we had to move to new service provider as it was impacting our business. After moving to new provider its stabilized, we are not facing any issues for last 6 months. Meanwhile the old service provider has raised recovery suit filing intimation for 2 years of unused contract period. They are forcing us to pay the amount.
