I have issued by the local authority form No. 10 (B) non-availabity certificate uder section 17 of the Registration of birth and deaths act, 1969 and guide us to take order from jmfc. plse told us the procedure the above and how we approach to the court in this regard
You should file Misc.Application U/s 13(1) of that Act along with Affidavit and also file documents like- non-availability certificate, Affidavit of witnesses for proof of Birth/Death. Public Notice etc.
