publlc nuicanece and damage to my home

my house inclined with the cocnut tree of my neighbour and it is threat to my home. my area public have sympathy and they cut down the cocnut tree . earlier police advised thm to cut the same and they did not do the same. now they filing case against me . how to proceed sir

Hai... I will assist you with respect to the issue that you have raised. if they want to file a complaint, let them.. until that you can't do anything. If they file a complaint, will advise you accordingly for more details fix an appointment with me through LawRato
