Provision of providing parking space for commercial complex

06-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
One commercial complex in Greater Noida West (Noida Extension) is built up and shops are sold without provision of Car Parking. Due to lack of parking, market is in doom. However, at the time of purchasing shops, promised to give parking space. Is the provision of providing parking space mandatory for commercial complex? if yes, how without giving parking space, banks and greater noida authority give its nod for completion of the project. regards, sunil

During purchase of the said shop is any clause related to parking is present or not? If its is not in sale agreement then any Boucher of company/seller is there with you, if not, then any written assurance from then, you may approach to consumer forum / court. If it won't help then last hope is high court. Thanks
