Property related issue

Hello sir/mam mere father ne ek property ka bayana dya hai Lekin property documents me to 32 sq yds Lekin jab napa Usko to wo 28 sq yds nikli ab opposite party hmare byane ke Pese wapas ni kr rhi hai hmare pas kya legal remedy hai kuki documents ke according property zyada hai Lekin actual me kam hai plz suggest some good advice

As per the facts described by you, in my opinion, it also attracts a criminal offense, and you may consider filing a complaint to the nearest police station with respect to the fraud. As far as the civil remedy is concerned you may file the same for recovery and compensation, but at this It depends on the documentary evidence in your possession, such as the proof of the token money you have deposited.

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him/her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he/she fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations.

aap unki complain krye ek tre se cheating ho rhi apke sath ye generally police is tre ke matters me kuch nhi krti but apko complain deni hai than usi complain ka status call krye through court or civil recovery case file krye along with interst... dena nhi hai apko be strong.. contact us for any kind of free legal advice

well there are some ways you can avail legally. what you want right now whether you want your bayana to be returned or you want the property but to settle the amount accordingly. documents are original.
