Property ownership of my father which he bought with my mother's name

I am 31 female hindu.My father bought a land in my mother's name . After her death he converted it to my name and his name . Now am jobless he doesnt give me single penny neither he supported me for my studies and other necessary things he does a lot mental torture since my childhood that's why i m living alone now
Now when he transferred the land to my name can i demand for my ownership as i am not getting good job not more 12k how i am surviving only i know atleast by this land i can secure my future
yes yes you can but there is one more thing that is possible being an umarried daughter you can seek maintenance from your father which he shall be bound to give and you have to get the same done from court and you can get relief and if you take such stern step he will not get any escape route

As per your query if land is already been transferred to your name or to be precise ownership is already with you for half of the land, then obviously you can decision as per your wish as to what you want to do with the remaining portion of land. If the land is already transferred to your name, the ownership is with you only and you are free to take decision with respect to that part of the land.
