Property owner name wrongly specified in govt website

My relative ( A ) has a plot whose father is B and grandfather is C.
In govt. website ( https://banglarbhumi.gov.in ) owner of plot is written as D whose father is mentioned as C. In short, B's initial name is wrongly recorded.
I want to buy the plot. What steps should we follow ?
Please note both B and C are dead now.
it should be bought by way of sale deed after correction of the erstwhile deed is complete a proper sale deed needs to be prepared and then by paying registration and stamp duty expenses the property shall be yours
