Property issue from neighbour who is landlords granddaughter

05-Jul-2025 (In Civil Law)
My dad has bought this house in 1996 from a landlord here, and we have a house here from then but now the landlords granddaughter is threatening us saying she will lodge a case against us that we have bought this property without her sign. When she was not even born. So what can be done now. We paid money to that landlord and registered legally and all still these kind of issues means what to do ?
