Need some advise in regards to obtain a stay order on ongoing construction at a disputed peoperty

You can approach the court within whose jurisdiction the matter lies and you can file a stay application in A suit againd the property. You will have to show to the court that you are seeking a stay because you or athe public or any other person is being affected by such construction. This should most likely convince the Honble Court for a stay.
