my father expired in 2016 without making a will now and my mother expierd on 1979 my father married to my step mother now i am there and step mother and her son how will be property distribute . in 2019 my step mother has produced fake will in court please help me
If your father had legally married with your step mom, then their children will also be granted the legitimate status of being the legitimate legal-heirs in your father's property & as such, as you are also the legitimate child Legal-Heir) of your father from his first wife, considering that, the property will be divided equally amongst three of you - You, Your Step Mother & her son.
