PROPERTY DISPUTE against my father-in law.

HAVE I ANY RIGHT TO SUIT AGAINST MY FATHER / MOTHER IN LAW IN THE FIELD OF PROPERTY DISPUTE? THE PROPERTY IS IN MY WIFE'S NAME.

Your wife can file a suit against her father/ mother name because she has a right in their property. You can file a suit as a constituted attorney on behalf of your wife but you don't have a direct right to file suit.

Of course you can as the property is registered in your wife's name the property belongs to her and anyone who disturbs the possession of that property you can file the Suit against him, her or them. Thank you
