Property concern regarding people using it as a path

me and my brother's inherited property from our deceased father but our father didn't took care of it by building boundaries and preventing trespassing because of that when we went to build boundaries people who have been using our property as easy path to their homes came out in numbers and forced us to go back and then we filled civil suit against 3 from them then court sent them summons they didn't respond our lawyer showed fake paper of defendants responding i want legal advice on this matte

hi first need to see the details of case filed by you and whether summons are served in the case and that need to see your advocate notice and if he is trying to mainipulate or misguide you then you could obtain No objection certificate and could engage another advocate
