Property attached after 45 days of registration

Respected Lawyer, i bought a property small house. Registration also done. It's 45 days . Now I got a notice that property is attached and that notice mentioned ex owner name. Still they announced that property attached. Is there possibility to attach the property after transfer of property?nWhat I need to do now.I'm worried ...Seller not responding. He shifted to another location that I'm not awareAs seller took some amount using empty promissory note from X. That X initiated case and attached property Please help me.Thanks in advance

the property cannot be attached as already transaction is completed if the other person want to attach the property has to attached in the court and after purchasing the property interested in attachment of this property is illegal it has no right to attach this property when there is a litigation on the property the other party has go for attachment disturb you later time but you are not fancy to silly girl

You first engage an advocate and implead into that case and plead before court that you have purchased that property with a genuine and good intention and you have nothing to do with debt of that X and state some other facts favorable to you. But if the X won case, he will be at Liberty to sell the property and thereby to he makes money.

you have to approach to the concerned court file an impleading petition and tell the court your grievance and the you can get the attachment vacated but it has to be done immediately as your previous vendor may not show interest as he is out of this hustle
