Procedure to transfer case from lower court to high court

Dear Sir, I want to know is it possible to moved any case to high court from lower court without any judgement? Thanks,
No you cannot get the matter transferred to high court but to another court at the same level if you believe that the court is erring or is dealing with the matter unfairly. Otherwise you can go to High Court only by way of appeal.
