You can file a suit against MCD in district court or writ petition in High court or supreme court you have to satisfy the court that building is not in a unhabital condition and you must have acceptable grounds to prove that municipality has issued erroneous demolition notice to you.

MCD must have given you hearing before handing out demolition of the building to present your case. It depends on that what you have presented before them. Now it seems they are not convinced with your reply, if any. Kindly approach the high court as soon as possible.
