Procedure to sell matrimonial house without informing wife.

I and my wife staying together in mumbai flat owned by me, can I sell the home without informing her ?? will there be any dispute or cheating case on me ??
The flat is owned by you means the papers are in your name then you can sale it but be cautious if your wife came to know this she can get stay orders under provisions of D V Act prohibiting you to do this.

If you are the sole and absolute owner of the property i.e your flat. You can sale it. If she didn't paid for that Flat and you are the purchaser means you are the single owner of the flat then you can sale it absolutely
