Procedure to seize passport of my husband

NBW issued on my husband, he is absconding , what is the procedure to seize his passport so that he will not go out of India.
firstly you should try to arrest him by executing the NBW and on that he will file an application for bail at the time you (APP at the time of bail arguments ) can ask the Court to impose a condition of depositing the pass port into the court and if the court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case, definitely omposes the condition as you wish. thus you can prevent your husband from jumping abrobut cancellation of passport is a different from depositing the passport.

This depends on what kind of case is pending. There is a procedure for getting his passport seized. A petition has to be filed in the court for the same.
