Procedure to challenge the relinquishment deed

14-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
My father brother brought a relinquishment deed after 10years of his death, while we asked him share in our ansisteral property. In the relinquishment deed no property description shows, it shows only his total share relinquishment to his brother in sum of 1000/-, at that time my sister, brother born to my mother. My father alias name is signature, but my father name is on records Mallaiah ,in deed it shows chinna Mallaiah. How to challenge this relinquishment deed.

Hi, Is the deed registered or not and the same can be challenged by way of filing a case against the person who is claiming. You send him first a legal notice for partition and then you can file a suit for partition and seek cancellation of the deed .Call us through the website for further assistance.
