I got a notice from bank that my promoter taken loan from bank against my property. I am the land owner. So I need stay order. Please let me know the procedure and stay order fees in india. I am very poor.

Actually you need to file a suit for declaration along with permanent injunction to restrain the bank from taking possession in case of default of loan by your promoter. Cost is around 10k to get stay order.
