Hi is it mandatory for the party to be present during defendant evidence ? plaintiff counsel will be present on his behalf
It is not necessary for the plaintiff to be present in court in civil cases, your advocate will take care and if you want to observe the cross examination of plaintiff you can be present, and if it is difficult to attend you can skip it , it is not necessary to attend the court when the case is for defendent evidence.
