Power of Attorney Transfer Process and Cost

Hi, I have a flat in West Bengal which I want to do registry .since the flat owner is in lucknow now and got paralyzed..So owner asks me to come there and take the POA from him and execute the registry process within my family member in West Bengal. I want to know how the POA registration will be done in lucknow and what are the charges? – Advise Please

you have a flat in Bengal if the owner is in lucknow you can take the poa from him to execute a registry. the charges will be around 10000 the flat owner is in lucknow you are in west bengal the poa has to be executed

You will have to prepare a draft for power of attorney in which the owner will specify the reason for preparing POA and for which purpose. After that it is to be registered in DM office firstly by preparing challan and then filing a pet in Executive Magistrate Court in DM office. whole process takes around 20 days after preparing the draft. Cost will be around 20 K

A person of west bengal come lucknow & two witness with property detail & power of attorney done by Lucknow's member but his permanent or office or rent address should be the lucknow & it's done with 5500/- stamp or court fees of property & advocate fees according to your work preferability other wise ideal fees is 10,000/-.
