Poster and banners on public property

02-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
On various lamp posts alongside roads and crossroad circles/ chowks we see a lot of people and political personalities put their banners and posters. Is it legal to use this space for their personal advertisement ? And which authority will decide who will get to use the said space, which is mostly unregulated. If state laws are relevant in this subject- I ask this from Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
