possible to get stay Order for projects without completing my flat

I have booked 1 flat, till now my home not ready for possession due to illegal design in my flat.But builder given possession for other flats with occupation certificates.Without completing all the units under the particular projects giving possession is illegal? I suspect builder got Occupation certificate from corporation through some corruption
Can i get stay order for entire projects? , My flat incomplete for that also they have received occupancy certifcate ??
you can get injunction order you need apporch court you need file suit in civil suite court then you need submit all relevant information about building documents then I can check first that project is apporvd by RERA are not first tell me

you can file a case in consumer forum for deficiency in service, the court can grant stay order only there is some good case, if without completion of flat they have issued certificate then either you have complain to higher authorities or drag them to court to set things right.
