police filed a case on my car as 106 bnss but there is suspecious car

during my car driving by driver some police try to stop the car but my driver didnt obseeve them at the time of vehicle check,then police overtake my car and stopped and checked but there is no suspecious in the car police said but police file a case and seased my car under 106 bnss.

If the police found no illegal material, mere failure to stop does not automatically justify seizure under Section 106 BNSS. Obtain the FIR and seizure memo, and apply before the jurisdictional Magistrate for interim release of the vehicle. The legality of the police action depends on the facts and documents in the case.

hi first need to see the contents of the FIR and also its allegations and if they are all false then you could file quash petition in court denying the allegations and that you could obtain relief from the court

106 bns is provision charged when someone causes death by rash and negligent driving it cannot charged without doing so ask your driver whether he hit someone or send me the copy of fir i can update you why the police register such case
