Please give me advice for govt. Job application

A case have been filed against me in IPC 279, 304a, . But honourable court dispose the same , and free me from all charges. Now I got selected for a govt. Job, is there any problem me for police verification. ,or I want to know that am I eligible for the job.

Since you have discharged from the charges so as on today no criminal proceedings are pending against you.you are eligible for job.it is obligatory upon you to disclose about the criminal case at the time of filing application form if case is registered prior to filing application.if you suppressed such information than it would create problem in your appointment.

Jab case disposed ho gya to uske judgment ki copy dekh kar hi batana hoga ki ap ko usme kis ground ke according free kiya gya he,agar ap acquittal hue to kisi bhi job me apko koi pareshani ni hogi ap eligible ho

Yes u can eligible for government job.if there is a police verification then you can show them honorable court order.... After showing the copy of order then no one can take any action against you...so without any tension you may apply for government job
