मैं एक महिला हूं |मेरे पिताजी की मृत्यु सन 2009 में हुई थी | उनके पास जो संपत्ति थी वह उनको बड़े भाइयों से 1963 में मिली थी| मरने से पूर्व उन्होंने एक रजिस्टर्ड वसीयत की थी, जिस वसीयत में केवल लड़कों का नाम दिया है, जो लड़कों ने सन 2010 में अपने नाम ट्रांसफर करा ली है, बिना मेरी सहमति के | क्या मुझे पिता की संपत्ति में हिस्सा मिल सकता है ? कृपया मेरी मदद करें ?

Hello, civil court ke anusar aapke pita ki sampatti me aapko hissa milega or yadi aapke Bhai aapko hissa Dene see Mana karte he to aap unke virudh court me case file karke apna hissa le sakti he. aapko Puri property ki jankari honi chahiye or sare Bhai behno h ki detail pta honi chahiye.
