i want to know the meaning : I have the suit filed against tenant and others. i am the property holder and a land given to lease to tenant: I got the message :' contested decreed with cost'. and also 'suit is decreed with cost' please give th reply above message. Thanking you murthy

It simply means that your contested suit is dismissed and you are required to pay the costs to the other party. Since your suit is dismissed therefore you can file an appeal before the appropriate Appellate Court challenging the order of the subordinate court.
