Pension receiving less than actual

I am 79 years old, pensioner of Education Department in PUNJAB. I am receiving lesser pension for last 09 months. My actual pension is 27,000.00 but getting 22,000.00. Where should I complaint or tell me the process to get my pension.

For this U firstly approached Ur department and give an application regarding ur complaint and if they not resolved the same U can file a writ petition before the Punjab and haryana High court directly

Firstly issue a legal notice to the department from where you have retired and drawing pension asking them to pay the full pension and arrears of less pension with interest. If they fail to comply with the notice or to give a plausible explanation for less pension, you can file suit against them
