What will happen if RERA registered project goes to litigation and a stay on project is ordered by court of law in Mumbai? Do I get back my invested amount from builder?

Dear Sir / Madam In my opinion, yes you can claim refund of your amount paid to Developer irrespective of the fact that RERA registered project goes for litigation / there is a stay on the project. Details such as Agreement for Sale / Sale Deed, possession letter, receipts received from developer acknowledging the payment etc will be required In case if you don't have above stated documents than kindly share details/ documents that are in your possession for better understanding of the case.

Yes, If it is builders fault you can get back your paid amount from builder. Therefore you should wait for a period mentioned in agreement for fulfillment of conditions in agreement. If period is completed then you can claim from Builder your amount paid with interest.
