Passport reissue from minor to major with change of date of birth

I applied for a reissue of my passport which had dob as 04-04-1994. However all my documents adhar, pan, high school marksheet and dl has correct dob as 06-12-1993.I applied by getting a birth certificate issued for the said date 06-12-1993.However the passport authorities have asked to bring a cancelation letter for old birth certificate in their record.Since the old passport was issued to me when i was minor and was made by my father( who is no more) i cannot get the previous bc used for old passport municipal corporation register.How to proceed forward?

on the above mentioned query please file immediately a suit for correction of date of birth , in the permanent lok Adalat. the permanent lok Adalat is the prescribed authority of passport office in uttar pradesh.
