Passing a road on private property with share of neighbours

Can we get land from my neighbour whose plot touches the road and in future they try to use it?
Or for not allowing him to use my own road to go to their plot
if you get land how it's possible because your neighbors plot is own possession regarding a sell deed. you should be taken legal action against public road encorhment . you should be field a complaint for injuction .
