Passage encroached 36 years back

According to sale deed passage is there but it is encroached by the purchaser now street residents are suffering due blockage if this passage. All these days they were using an alternate way, now that way belongs to Railways is clised,

hi if the passage is blocked by the purchaser of the subject property then you could give complaint to local authorities for taking action on such encroacher of the property and if they are not acting upon it then you could approach court

saledeed passage means what??nin town planning map if there is a passage then that can be challenged if the purchaser occupied illegally what is the time period lapsed....check those and contact a lawyer
