Partition Suit on a Ancestral property

01-Nov-2023 (In Civil Law)
Hi, My Grand father had owned 7.36 acres land and he expired in 1965. He has two sons and one daughter ( married and expired in 2013 ) . The elder son got ancestral rights and maintaining all way along so far and even now( no legal partition happened so far ) but living separately and cultivating the land. In the year 2009 , the elder son and his only son sold out some land ( 18 guntas ) to others saying " selling in our part ", I am son of younger son and need to know how I get my father share ?  Also please let me know what is the best way ? Can we get back the sold out property 18 guntas as its registered ?

on ancestral property for filing of partition suit, if it agriculture land you have get pahanies, from 2010 you will get in e-seva online and before that you have to pay online and you will get within 5 days. if it is a house documents like current bills, water bills, tax bills and any other documents belongs to ancestral property.
