Partition deed between father and son

I want to have partition deed with my father so that i can't have any claim on his salary..pls tell me the process.
Partition is not required forHaving claim on one salary because salary is a separate matter and partition deed is a separate thing which is exclusively for immovable joint family property therefore today without partition also you don’t have any claim on your father’s salary because it has nothing to do with partition or claim on his salary both are separate matters thank you
