Parking/Nuisance issue due to dog

Sir,
I live in an apartment of 8, I have issues with my parking.
1.Ground floor owners having dog and its disturbing us in all means
2.Iam afraid to park my park my vehicle as the dog enters to my parking and damaging the vehicles
3.It all created nuisance by baking all the times
4. Multiple time informed them to take action but no use.
May I know what can be done to overcome this, how do i file a nuisance case
You can lodge a police complaint in this regard. I presume that you have photos that show damage caused by the dog. Another option is civil case to stop the nuisance and claim for damages. And you can also file a complaint with the apartment association.
